Our company has implemented expanded cleaning protocols with our cleaning teams to follow recommended CDC guidelines and instructed our cleaners to be even more thorough with their cleaning and disinfecting measures. This includes but is not limited to thorough cleaning and sanitizing protocols for all high touch household common areas (including, but not limited to, remote controls, door knobs, keypads, etc.) as well as surfaces throughout each residence especially in the bathrooms and kitchens.

It was the former home of the MasterCard, Senior Skins championship. World class golf, tennis, pristine beaches and private spa are just a few of the many resort amenities. The Villages also includes it’s own exercise facility and private pool and heated spa.
Interior spaces include flat screen TV’s in the living room and master suite and wireless, high speed Internet service. All spaces include solid mahogany doors and trim with bronze hardware. The gourmet kitchen is finished with granite countertops, and top of the line appliances. Large bedroom suites make bringing adult guests or sharing this home easy. The three bathroom suites include travertine marble, cherry cabinets and quality fixtures. The interior features 3 zones of central air conditioning for your comfort. The large outdoor lanai provides a complete outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in BBQ. The master suite on the second floor offers a King bed with two double beds in the other second floor suite and a queen bed in the first floor suite. The laundry room is complete with full sized washer and dryer.
